Stover & Associates LLC combines the talents of three attorneys,
Thomas L. Stover, Jennifer M. Spitz and David H. Brantz. Stover & Associates LLC provides legal services in the areas of trust and estate planning, taxation, probate, charitable planning, real estate and business law.

Tom Stover is a Fellow of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). He is only Longmont attorney to be included in Colorado Super Lawyers for 2008 and has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America for over 10 years. Jennifer is also listed in The Best Lawyers in America. Tom and Jennifer have written and spoken extensively on estate planning and administration topics. They are both active in the Trust and Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association. David graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2006, where he was a member of the Dean’s List and received a Dufford & Brown Legal Writing Competition Award.

The firm has deep roots in Longmont and Northern Colorado, but also
serves a broad client base spanning the state from Alamosa to Avon and Greeley to Grand Junction.
